EXECUTIVE ACHIEVEMENT BONUS (EAB) 3%
3% of the entire company BV is allocated for this bonus, to be shared by all Ruby Distributor rank and above.
Qualification:
- Must be qualified Ruby Manager rank or above.
- To qualify the monthly cumulative PV from Agency Manager Group (AP-AMG) you must have minimum300 PV for that month.
- You must have a minimum accumulated PPV of 4,000 PV per year and the required minimum yearly accumulation of AP-AMG.
