GROUP DEVELOPMENT BONUS (GDB) 25 %
 

25% of the entire company BV is allocated for this bonus, to be shared by Agency Manager (AM) rank and above.

Qualification:
                                               
(1) Must be a qualified Agency Manager (AM) rank or above.

(2)  You must have a minimum of  300 PPV and

  • Must have PGPV of 1,500 PV + 1 AM group with a minimum of 1,500 PGPV . OR
  • Must have 2 AM groups with a minimum of 1,500 PGPV each.

Note :
