ORDERING :

1. Order form(s) must be fully completed and fax, email or mail to the company. 
   Incomplete order form(s) will not be processed.
2. No combined orders for TWO or more Distributors on the same order form is allowed.
   Order form(s) and proof of payment must be received by the Company before 2pm of
   a working day via fax, mail or email to ensure no delay of the shipment.
3. In order to avoid duplication, please do not mail or email in the original order form if
   the order is placed by fax.

METHOD OF PAYMENT :

1. Order(s) will be shipped upon receipt of payment either by cheque, bank draft or
   on-line transfer (subject to bank clearance).
2. For on-line transfer, please bank in to :
   TJC (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD. via Maybank (A/C : 512352205106)
3. For cheque and bank draft, payment to be made to :
   TJC (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD.

SHIPPING OF ORDER:

1. Shipment is only available to home/ office addresses. Delivery of order(s) to
   P.O. Box or overseas destination will not be accepted.
2. Delivery charges :
   Free of Charge (FOC) by courier = Orders RM450 and above
   RM15 by courier = Orders below RM450
   Free of Charge (FOC) by Co. Transport = Orders RM450 and above (Klang Valley only)
   RM15 by Co. Transport = Orders below RM450 (Klang Valley only) 
3. A Distributor should immediately inspect the contents of the products shipment upon receipt.
